This is the first trip that we have really planned and stayed more than a couple nights. There were a few things we wanted to do and lots of people to see!!

We took the kids to Mary and George's to spend the morning. They got to pick fresh strawberries from the garden!
Then we took them fishing for the first time!
Of course Lance caught a fish within 5 minutes and thought that was the way it was going to be. You are looking at the only fish of the day...
Lindley even tried!
They were very happy to drive the chuck wagon!! Mary fixed us lunch and the kids had blast! It was so nice to relax and visit with them.

I was in a desperate need for a Mom's night out. I had seen Jess and Leah in the fall, but we did "go out". I needed to dance and have some fun!!

We were swimming at Connie and Steve's and Lance slept and hit his lip on the metal chair.
He busted it good and we thought he might need stitches, but decided it would be fine.
It looked rough for a few days though!!
